Position Summary
WES Construction is seeking a full-time, remote Construction Project Coordinator focused on construction scheduling across multiple active projects.
This position will develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules from bidding and preconstruction through active construction and closeout. Construction scheduling is the primary responsibility. This is not a general administrative assistant or broad project-support role.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Pacific Time (PST)
Holiday: Follows WES Construction's U.S. holiday schedule: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
Primary Responsibilities
Limited tasks directly supporting schedule accuracy, such as confirming procurement dates or tracking schedule-related decisions, may be included. Unrelated administrative duties will not interfere with the role’s scheduling focus.
