- Review and reconcile monthly transactions and balances, preparing financial statements.
- Conduct standard and ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Reconcile bank accounts daily and support external audit processes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university required
- 1+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or solar energy project fund accounting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other business functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with Microsoft BusinessCentral or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Prepare and enter month-end and other required journal entries.
