- Lead the SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migration rollout across multiple entities
- Enable new business features, market expansions, and product innovations through ERP adaptations and enhancements
- Build and develop a high-performing SAP Competence Centre team that thrives on change and innovation
- Oversee the SAP ecosystem and manage interfaces with up/downstream systems (FI, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, CO, SD, Inhouse Bank, DRC, RE-FX)
- Design, optimize, and automate SAP solutions leveraging S/4HANA's advanced capabilities
- Balance transformation initiatives with operational continuity and day-to-day business requirements
🛠️ Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Informatics, or equivalent with extensive SAP ERP experience in Finance and Controlling
- Proven hands-on S/4HANA experience in FI/CO, ideally including cloud migration or implementation projects
- Track record leading complex transformation projects with teams from IT and business, delivered on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills to engage all organizational levels including C-level executives
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to devise pragmatic solutions for dynamic business requirements
