- Write your own SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
- Track the metrics that drive the business: DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC.
- Help design A/B tests across channels and write post-test analyses.
- Turn marketing needs into specs and tickets for engineers.
- Use AI tools to automate recurring reports and analyses.
🛠️ Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS, and enough comfort reading code.
- More interested in the business and product side than in engineering for its own sake. You want to know why the number moved, not only how the system works
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You get the most out of AI. Claude, ChatGPT, or similar are already part of how you work — research, summaries, first-pass analyses — and you're constantly exploring what else they can handle
- Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with multiple inputs and quick turnarounds
- A strong bias for action
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
