Your Day-to-Day • Assist in sourcing candidates for Sales Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Frontliners, and other clinic operations role through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements. • Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately. • Help the Talent Acquisition team on anything related to boosting the roles progress, especially on-site.
