ServiceTitan is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Ads product and platform, focusing on campaign management, AI-driven features, and performance marketing strategies.

• Define the roadmap for ad tracking and measurement, ensuring robust infrastructure.
• Drive multi-touch attribution strategies across various advertising channels.
• Lead the AI Engine Optimization strategy to enhance customer visibility in AI-driven searches.
• Manage and mentor a PM team, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product management experience in ads, martech, or performance marketing.
• Deep SaaS background, preferably in vertical SaaS.
• Proven track record in shipping sophisticated ads or marketing technology products.
• Prior people management experience with a focus on coaching PMs.
• Expert-level fluency in digital advertising, including Google Ads and Meta.
