About the role

Designing and developing robust Java-based back-end systems and APIs

Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Ensuring high standards in code quality, testing, documentation, and system performance

Playing an active role in agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

We believe you are a senior developer who combines strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities. You’re as comfortable discussing architecture and integration as you are explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and take pride in delivering high-quality solutions.

You also have:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Java development (preferably Java 21+)

Solid experience with Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices

Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

Fluency in Swedish & English, both written and spoken
