Global Filing Specialist, Tax
The Global Filing Specialist will enhance global sales tax execution by managing complex tax reporting requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Contract Review Specialist to support contract review and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 (US GAAP). This role will focus on reviewing customer contracts, identifying revenue implications, and ensuring accurate and compliant revenue treatment.
The Order-to-Cash (O2C) team is responsible for supporting Saviynt's revenue operations by ensuring customer contracts are accurately translated into sales orders, invoices, collections, and financial reporting. The team partners closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Customer Success, and Finance to drive operational excellence, support scalable growth, and maintain strong financial controls across the customer lifecycle.

● Review customer contracts, order forms, amendments, and renewals to assess revenue recognition implications under ASC 606.
● Analyze key contract terms including performance obligations, pricing, billing structures, variable consideration, termination rights, and payment terms.
● Identify revenue risks and non-standard terms that may impact revenue recognition, allocation, or reporting.
● Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and internal revenue recognition policies.
● Provide accounting guidance and document conclusions for complex and non-standard contract arrangements.
● Evaluate revenue treatment for contract modifications, renewals, terminations, refunds, and multi-element arrangements.
● Support SSP reviews, transaction price allocation, and revenue schedule validation.
● Prepare and maintain audit-ready revenue memos and supporting documentation.
● Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and Finance teams to review contract structures and drive appropriate revenue outcomes.
● Support internal and external audit requests related to contract review and revenue recognition.
● Assist with month-end close activities, revenue reporting reviews, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
● Identify opportunities to strengthen revenue processes, controls, documentation, and automation.
● 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Technical Accounting, or a similar role.
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Strong knowledge of ASC 606 (US GAAP) and revenue recognition principles.
● Experience reviewing contracts and interpreting commercial terms.
● Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology-driven business models.
● Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
● Ability to communicate accounting conclusions clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
