Video Editor & Motion Designer

As Video Editor & Motion Designer, you’ll join our content team. You’ll create product renders, app feature clips and campaign animation, and edit a steady flow of videos for YouTube, social and campaigns. You’ll also help out on shoots when the team needs you.

👉 What You’ll Do

• Motion design: Animate static designs and app UI into short clips for the Trezor app and Suite, social, campaigns and explainers

• Editing: Cut videos from raw footage to final delivery, including educational content, product videos and social cutdowns. Add motion graphics, sound and colour to finish them

• 3D product work: Model, light and render our hardware wallets for launches, campaigns and the website

• Shoot support: Assist on studio and location shoots in Prague with lighting, camera and audio

• Still imagery: Help with occasional photography, like team photos and brand events

• AI in the workflow: Use AI tools to work faster and push the visuals further. Generative image and video, AI-assisted editing, upscaling, and building small tools or automations with LLMs like Claude. Share what works with the rest of the team

• Collaboration: Work with designers, product leads and educators to make sure the work fits the brand

• Iteration: Take feedback on board and keep improving the work

💪 About You

• 3D skills: You’re confident in Cinema 4D or Blender, with a render engine like Redshift, Octane or Cycles. Product visualisation experience is a plus

• Motion skills: You’re proficient in After Effects and have a good sense of timing and pacing

• Editing skills: You’re a strong editor in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, and you know how to structure a story and keep it moving. Colour grading is a plus

• Camera basics: You’re comfortable helping on set

• Design eye: You understand type, layout and colour and are happy working within a brand system

• AI-native: AI is already part of how you work, not something you’re planning to try. You use generative tools like Runway, Kling or Midjourney, and you know where they help and where they fall short. You’re comfortable using LLMs to script, automate or problem-solve

• Prague-based: You live in the city or nearby and can join us in the office as part of a hybrid setup

• Team player: You give and take feedback well

• Curious about crypto: No expertise needed on day one. A crypto or fintech background is a plus

• Organised: You can manage a few projects at once and hit deadlines
