Shadow the engineering support rotation to learn on-call troubleshooting procedures and operational tooling. 6 months: Autonomously architect, build, and deliver complex, high-throughput Policy Engine features from concept through to production rollout. Participate actively in the 24x7 engineering on-call support rotation (approximately 1 week in 20). Lead design reviews, mentor team members on best practices, and introduce agentic coding workflows to accelerate team delivery. 1 year: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Policy Engine and Agentic Fabric decision systems.
