Job Title: House Manager and Family Assistant (with Meal Prep & Childcare Support)

Employment Type: Full-Time, 35-40 hours per week | 35 hours guaranteed
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekly evening date night coverage and occasional weekend coverage
Compensation: $30-$35/hour

We're a busy, active family of four. Our two school-age boys bring energy, curiosity, and fun to our home, and caring for the property is an important part of our day-to-day life. Both parents work together leading a mission-driven organization, dividing our time between a nearby office and working from home.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For
This role is about much more than checking tasks off a list. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our homeβkeeping household projects moving, managing schedules and appointments, maintaining organization, coordinating errands, meal prep, and handling the countless details that keep family life running smoothly. You'll have the autonomy to build systems, improve processes, and create a home environment that feels calm, organized, and well cared for.
We're looking for someone who can support one primary residence alongside two other family members' residences. The right person will be someone who notices what needs to be done before they're asked, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating order behind the scenes.
