- Partner with Data Center Management and Host/Supply teams to review capacity and utilization, surfacing constraints for actionable planning.
- Own relationships with host and infrastructure partners, resolving issues quickly and keeping teams informed.
- Translate capacity data into tradeoffs regarding supply, consolidation, cost, and reliability.
- Build and drive project plans across stakeholders, scoping work and sequencing dependencies.
- Act as the primary contact for teams, identifying risks and providing regular status updates.
- Evaluate infrastructure tools and vendor products, recommending solutions that fit RunPod's needs.
🛠️ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology programs.
- Experience in infrastructure-focused organizations, with exposure to capacity planning and vendor management.
- Proven track record of partnering with 3+ cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
- Strong technical background in engineering and scalable SaaS/IaaS products.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills for planning recommendations.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a history of preventing blockers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
