- Remove complexity from the users' shoulders.

- Experience as a product designer working on complex products.
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow.
- Portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft.

- Clear and intentional communication skills.
