Working Student/Part Time - Regional Operations

Job Mission

We are searching for a part-time individual or working student to support the regional needs of the INSEA business. As a working student for the INSEA team, you will support the Regional Manager in the management of the Singapore office and regional business. Tasks will include but are not limited to ad operations, data hygiene of our CRM/Salesforce, and ad-hoc office needs. In this role you will be able to contribute to the further growth of the INSEA business and have an impact on all of our employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Ad Operations and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns, including creative management, upload assets, and data analysis
• Assist in disseminating information to team members and stakeholders
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of records related to accounts, ad operations, and sales activities
• Prepare reports as required to support decision-making processes
• Monitor and and report on ad performance metrics
• Provide Office Management support such as organising team events, managing pantry supplies, managing STA guests, and other administrative task
  

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with and interpret large datasets
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
