This is a Project Manager role for Fat Earth Media, a creative performance marketing agency focused on brands of purpose within the Red Antler umbrella.

As a Project Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day management and delivery of multiple client accounts, serving as a key point of connection between clients and our internal teams. You’ll bring structure and clarity across a variety of projects and deliverables, ensuring work stays organized, timelines stay on track, and teams have what they need to deliver great work.

Job Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management across multiple client accounts, coordinating projects from kickoff through final delivery.
- Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for project-related client communications, keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and next steps.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Manage a variety of deliverables, with a primary focus on social content and lifecycle/email marketing, as well as other digital, creative, and occasional print initiatives.
- Partner closely with strategy, creative, lifecycle, growth, and other cross-functional teams to ensure teams have the information, feedback, and approvals needed to keep work moving.
- Lead internal and external kickoffs, status meetings, project reviews, and handoffs.
- Manage client feedback and revision cycles, ensuring feedback is clear, consolidated, actionable, and communicated to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying potential issues and escalating when additional support or decisions are needed.
- Ensure deliverables meet project requirements and internal quality standards through strong attention to detail and QA.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and keep ClickUp and other project management systems up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve account workflows and ways of working, partnering with PM leadership to implement improvements.
- Build strong client relationships by being organized, responsive, solutions-oriented, and dependable.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, advertising, ecommerce, or similar agency environment.
- Experience independently managing multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience owning day-to-day project-related client communication and working with multiple client and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project planning skills, with demonstrated experience managing timelines, dependencies, feedback cycles, approvals, and deliverables from kickoff through completion.
- Experience managing social content and/or lifecycle/email marketing workflows within an agency environment.
- Experience coordinating creative production across a variety of formats and deliverable types, including static, video, email, and other digital assets.
- Confident communicator who can create clarity, align stakeholders, and keep projects moving toward decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills across competing deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate risks, troubleshoot day-to-day challenges, and know when to escalate.
- Comfortable working within established processes while identifying opportunities to make account workflows more effective.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is required.
Tools You’ll Use
- ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, and agency-specific systems.
- Experience with other project management platforms such as Asana is a plus, as is familiarity with project QA tools, client communication platforms, or workflow automation.
