Key Responsibilities

Support the progression of credit-approved deals from approval through to drawdown, ensuring all required actions are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

Monitor and manage an allocated pipeline of transactions, proactively identifying and escalating queries, delays, and bottlenecks to support timely completions.

Liaise with Lending Managers, Underwriters, Legal, Compliance, customers, introducers, solicitors, valuers, and other third-party suppliers to support the smooth progression of cases.

Coordinate the completion of pre-drawdown requirements, ensuring documents, conditions, and supporting information are obtained and reviewed in line with procedures.

Complete Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), credit searches, and fraud checks in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of loan data and customer records across internal systems.

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on case progress and supporting the management of expectations throughout the completion process.

Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with internal policies, risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Utilise internal systems effectively to record, track, and manage deal progression, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Support the testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of operational systems and processes, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience through continuous process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to operational reporting by maintaining accurate records and providing updates on pipeline activity when required.

Complete Experian credit searches, World-Check screening, fraud checks, and other due diligence activities for own deals and in support of wider team completions, ensuring results are accurately recorded and escalated where appropriate. Internal/Confidential

Obtain, review, and validate customer information and supporting documentation to satisfy onboarding, compliance, and pre-drawdown requirements across own and shared pipeline cases.
