- Document business and functional requirements, business rules, and User Stories and Epics.
- Analyze business processes, functions, and procedures across multiple business units.
- Understand and document requirements for banking products and their downstream impact.
- Become a subject matter expert for banking products and business flows.
- Work with developers to define and document existing application infrastructure and architecture.
- Assist with QA/Testing to review and refine test plans and create detailed test cases.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Technology area is expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Minimum BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a large complex banking organization or major consulting firm acting in a business analyst or product owner capacity.
- Experience in Agile Scrum or Kanban lifecycles.
- Ability to document business and functional requirements, business rules, and User Stories and Epics of REST based Banking API Management platform.
- Good communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; ability to communicate effectively with technology and key business representatives.
- Strong analytical skills required; Including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Process analysis, being able to research and document end to end flows on complex processes and systems.
- Competent and experienced in technology environments (e.g., platforms, applications, databases, organizational structure and culture, teams involved in the successful completion of technology initiatives, etc.).
