- Proactively contact prospective and existing VIP clients by phone, in writing, and through CRM tools.
- Promote products and services to high-value clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Monitor client activity and maintain accurate CRM records.
🛠️ Requirements
- Fluency in German (native or C1+ level);
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Mandatory CySEC Basic Certificate; CySEC Advanced Certificate is a plus;
- Proven experience working for a CySEC-regulated company;
- Experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in VIP account management or a similar client-facing role;
- Experience working with regulated EU clients;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a German-speaking VIP Account Manager to manage relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate has experience working for a CySEC-regulated company, a valid CySEC Basic Certificate, and a strong understanding of client relationship management in the Forex/CFD industry.
