About Your Role
As an Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will turn financial and operational data into clear reporting and actionable insights that help senior leaders make informed financial, operational, and strategic decisions. You will partner across departments to support planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, KPI trend analyses, and management presentations.
- Maintain rolling forecasts, projections, and the supporting schedules that enable clear visibility into expected performance.
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers of variances, and communicate insights that inform future decisions.
- Evaluate department spending, surface meaningful trends and risks, and recommend practical opportunities to manage expenses when needed.
- Support the annual budgeting process by gathering inputs, preparing analyses, and helping ensure plans are complete and well understood.
- Assist with the month-end close process by preparing reports and analysis that support timely, accurate results.
- Improve reporting and planning processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from management and executive stakeholders.
Who You Are
