- Fact check and proof existing copy to adapt for new channels and audiences
- Copy edit promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Validate references to ensure they are current and meet reference criteria
- Prepare jobs for MLR submission using Veeva
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism or life sciences plus 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials within an agency environment.
- Medical/pharma writing experience featured in portfolio
- Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva
- Experience working across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is a plus.
