Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). We’re looking for an independent contractor Biostastician (5-months) to temporarily support designing studies, developing normative models, and producing the kind of rigorous, reproducible statistical work that can stand up to regulatory scrutiny, including on projects with a path to FDA submission.
At Prenuvo, our AI models help clinicians detect disease earlier than has ever been possible at scale, and the work you'd be doing here directly shapes how those models are validated, trusted, and adopted.
This hybrid role is based in Vancouver. We expect you to be technically credible enough to review model architectures, challenge assumptions, and roll up your sleeves when it matters. We also expect you to build a team environment where people do their best work.
This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Research and deploy trading algorithms by analyzing market data, developing statistical signals and tools, and improving simulations to support high- to mid-frequency trading and live execution.
Develop and evaluate machine learning models across the full research lifecycle, from novel architectures and training methods to evaluation protocols and efficient training and inference, while building research code for rapid.
Design and deliver real-world healthcare studies, analyse large datasets, and communicate findings to clients and external stakeholders, contributing evidence for publications, health economic models, and health technology assessment.
Plan and oversee nonclinical pharmacology studies across drug-development programs, leading outsourced execution, interpreting results, and contributing scientific analysis and documentation for regulatory decisions.
Collect and interpret environmental samples and data, support due diligence and Massachusetts Contingency Plan reporting, and contribute to fieldwork and project documentation alongside environmental staff and managers.
