📜 Description

  • Own third-party AI tools connectivity end-to-end, acting as the primary technical authority for external AI tool authentication and data security.
  • Design and evolve the AI integration architecture to ensure fast, consistent, and secure onboarding of new AI vendors.
  • Build and operate custom MCP servers that expose internal tools like Slack and Google Workspace, adapting to evolving AI use cases.
  • Lead incident response and troubleshooting for high-impact integration issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Build automation and integrations using scripting languages and platform APIs to streamline connector lifecycle and monitoring.
  • Integrate AI tools with identity, security, and IT workflows in collaboration with Security and infrastructure teams.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production services or platform integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong programming skills in backend languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript/Node.
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Experience building and integrating with APIs and services, including SaaS/tool APIs.
  • Familiarity with engineering quality practices: automated testing, code review, and CI/CD.
  • Proven use of AI tools to enhance engineering work and validate outputs.
