What does a Functional Specialist Lead do at PALO IT?

As a Functional Specialist Lead, you will:

• Manage and control the annual investment budget for IT projects and maintenance, ensuring deviations are detected and reported promptly.

• Administer and track supplier contracts related to IT projects, facilitating internal and external communications to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Oversee the financial management of projects through institutional tools like ADMIN and JDE.

• Produce monthly reports on contracts, billing, and budget usage to evaluate progress and make informed decisions.

What experience do you need for this role?
You’re a strong fit for the Functional Specialist Lead role if you have:

Required:

• A degree in Accounting or General Administration with at least 3 years of experience in budget preparation, billing processes, and contract management.

• Proficiency in using the JDE platform.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with financial project management applications.

• Advanced certifications in tax laws (ISR and IVA) and decision-making costs.
