- Partner with Operations and Field Service leaders to improve value streams, including diagnostic triage, technician dispatch, scheduling, and back-office handoffs.
- Trace operational issues upstream through go-to-market, contracting, pricing, and sales-to-onboarding processes to address root causes.
- Lead process integration for platform migrations, system integrations, and regional expansions.
- Set process mapping standards, coach cross-functional teams, and align executives and Technology/IT leaders on process and system requirements.

- Data-driven decision maker who surfaces bottleneck metrics and trade-off recommendations to guide executive alignment.
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise process engineering, value stream mapping, or operational excellence, including leading at least one enterprise-wide or multi-function improvement program.
