📜 Description

  • Design and implement tools for member enrollment, including eligibility verification and plan matching.
  • Contribute to high-quality web application code, maintaining stability through code reviews and tests.
  • Engage in hands-on coding while collaborating with experienced engineers to tackle programming challenges.
  • Utilize agentic coding workflows with tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily development.
  • Collaborate with the team to adopt new technologies and participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
  • Experience with Ruby (preferred) or Python.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure APIs.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to LLMs and GenAI best practices.
  • Comfort directing AI coding agents for planning and implementing changes.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and deployment tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
