• Build and manage strategic technical relationships with leading EMEA AI model builders.
• Collaborate with customers to define the software stack and infrastructure for large-scale training.
• Serve as the go-to expert on distributed training strategies using frameworks like PyTorch and Megatron-LM.
• Help customers optimize training efficiency at scale, focusing on GPU utilization and memory management.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA's product and research teams to present customer needs.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of practical experience in distributed AI training.
• Solid understanding of training infrastructure and its impact on efficiency and scalability.
• Strong proficiency with Megatron-LM, NeMo, or equivalent distributed training frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both research scientists and infrastructure engineers.
