About the role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll support customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.
You’ll help solve customer enquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that create value for the customer.

Support tenants and customers by progressing referencing applications, generating reports to KPI standards, and resolving queries accurately and professionally across phone, live chat, and email.
Support Dutch-speaking customers with mobile, broadband, TV and home-product questions, troubleshoot issues, recommend relevant services and deliver friendly, practical solutions as part of an international team.
Process customer requests and support people with investments, pensions and accounts, while maintaining accurate records, resolving queries and building financial services knowledge through training.
Provides first-touch technical and account support to Jamf customers by diagnosing product issues, guiding users through workflows, and resolving inquiries across phone, chat, and email.
Provide hybrid customer support through calls and emails, resolving issues for clients and technicians while ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
