📜 Description

  • Serve as the onsite Key Personnel Program Manager with full authority for daily contract operations.
  • Manage and oversee all contractor activities to meet PWS requirements, focusing on cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Maintain a living Project Management Plan (PMP) that defines roles, responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead financial management tracking and analysis to support execution monitoring and reporting.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Government stakeholders and the contractor team.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business consulting, process improvement, or financial management, with 4+ years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project cost, schedule, and performance using integrated program management processes.
  • Proven communication skills with Government leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
