- Oversee the technical and disciplinary leadership of an SAP ABAP development team with a focus on data migration.
- Contribute to product development to enhance and standardize the service and tool portfolio around migration software (Natuvion DCS).
- Collaborate closely with project management, departments, and external partners to define requirements and priorities.
- Organize and manage technical support for clients in designing and implementing innovative IT solutions.
- Engage in future topics such as S/4HANA migrations and the introduction of new digital platforms (e.g., Powercloud, Salesforce).
- Promote the development and training of team members in ABAP and migration technologies.

- Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualifications with extensive professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Initial experience in leading and motivating development teams (technical and/or disciplinary).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills for solving complex technical issues.
- Proven excellent communication and moderation skills in stakeholder management.
- Customer and solution-oriented approach with national and international clients and colleagues.

Deine Aufgaben:
Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Entwicklungsteams im Bereich SAP ABAP mit Schwerpunkt Datenmigration
Du arbeitest an der Produktentwicklung zur Erweiterung und Standardisierung unseres Service- und Tool-Portfolios rund um unsere Migrationssoftware (Natuvion DCS) mit
Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zur Definition von Anforderungen und Prioritäten
Du organisierst und steuerst die technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer IT-Lösungen
Du arbeitest an spannenden Zukunftsthemen wie S/4HANA Migrationen sowie auch Einführungen neuer digitaler Plattformen (z.B.: Powercloud, Salesforce) mit
Du förderst die Weiterentwicklung und Schulung der Teammitglieder im Bereich ABAP und Migrationstechnologien
