• Total Experience 4+ years
• Strong experience in Chatbot / Conversational AI development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform
• Strong experience with Kore.ai XO10, XO11 or Artemis
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js and Python
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG and Vector Databases
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms is preferred
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred
• Kore.ai Developer / Artemis certification is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, configure and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
• Build and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore XO10, XO11 or Artemis.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and Prompt Engineering.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and Node.js.
• Design and implement reusable conversational AI components and agent capabilities.
• Integrate LLMs, Vector Databases and enterprise data sources into AI solutions.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration and AI observability practices where required.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve AI response accuracy, stability and performance.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business, technology and product teams to deliver conversational AI use cases.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
As a Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate with enterprise customers to design and build reliable production agents, translating workflows into actionable software specifications.
Support the intersection of Compliance, Legal, and AI-driven technology by enhancing internal processes and designing intelligent systems for compliance and legal operations.
As a Data & AI Engineer, you will build and operate data platforms and AI-powered applications on AWS, leveraging Java and Python to enhance guest engagement through reliable analytics and automation.
As an ML infrastructure engineer, you will own the model evaluation platform, designing systems to generate and score samples, and set the standards for model evaluation at Runway.
As a Deployed Engineer, you will work with enterprise customers to design and build reliable AI agents, translating workflows into software specifications and guiding engineering teams.
