d) Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance executive efficiency.
e) Monitor priorities and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
4) Quality Assurance Leadership.
a) Responsible for conducting QA audits across their assigned EAs, upholding MySigrid's standards in task execution from documentation and process, all the way through to resolution and outcome. They are expected to provide SOP-based coaching on identified skill gaps and log all findings in the Performance Hub.
b) Contribute to the growth of the team through process improvements, Knowledge Base contributions, and initiatives that raise the bar for how we serve our clients.
