Provide on-site and remote technical support for automotive repair cases, with a focus on electrical buses, analyzing faults, guiding workshops, and improving repair outcomes and technical knowledge.
Provides hands-on hydraulic systems support across the Iowa territory, troubleshooting customer issues, coordinating repairs and returns, managing quality and warranty claims, and driving root-cause analysis with internal teams.
Conduct mobile and fixed-site vehicle inspections, visually diagnose vehicles, advise customers on findings, coordinate inspection bookings, and document results using a digital app.
Operate an instrumented John Deere excavator through repeatable field tests, documenting machine behavior and sharing practical feedback with engineering teams to improve construction technology.
