The Gecko platform is the core engine of our product experience. To maintain competitiveness and user satisfaction, we must move beyond surface-level metrics to understand the deep correlations between engine performance and real-world user behavior. We currently face challenges with data quality, such as bot contamination in nightly telemetry, which obscures our understanding of true performance trends. A dedicated analyst is required to bridge the gap between engineering telemetry and actionable product strategy, ensuring that leadership has high-fidelity data to prioritize performance guardrails and technical budgets.
The analyst will focus exclusively on Gecko engine telemetry across multiple platforms (Desktop and Android), collaborating with the Performance Team, Data Team, and Product Leadership.
Hiring Ranges:
Analyze Gecko engine telemetry across desktop and Android to uncover how performance affects user behavior, improve data quality, and deliver dashboards and insights that guide product and engineering priorities.
Own end-to-end analysis of corrections and parole data, modeling policy scenarios and translating complex findings into decision-ready recommendations that help state leaders shape policy reforms.
Own analytical projects that improve revenue, profitability, and operational performance across the insurance business, turning complex data into actionable recommendations and measuring their impact.
Develop dashboards and healthcare reports, analyze utilization and population health trends, and translate clinical quality measures into validated analytics that support statewide HIE and HDU reporting.
Own complex analytics end to end across Affirm’s Risk & Analytics teams, turning data, regulatory and economic insights into strategies that balance growth and risk and influence cross-functional decisions.
