- Manage autonomous vehicle sensing projects and ensure commitments to clients are met.
- Lead complex development projects from requirements through implementation.
- Track development progress and obtain R&D approval for technical requirements.
- Coordinate across R&D, AV, and REM teams to create a coherent product.
- Connect teams and interfaces to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
- Work with car manufacturers on workshops, test drives, functional tuning, debugging, and validation.
🛠️ Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects or products.
- Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
- Strong execution, leadership, communication, and management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- M.Sc. or MBA is a plus.
- Development background is a plus.
