- Manage data requests from intake through delivery as mini-projects.
- Coordinate with Algorithm and Product Managers and other stakeholders to clarify data needs and organize people and resources.
- Track tasks, owners, and timelines, manage Jira tickets, and follow up on progress.
- Build and maintain dashboards that make data and project status accessible.
- Explore data for gaps or anomalies and improve data workflows and delivery processes.
- Use Python and AI-powered tools to analyze data, prototype solutions, and automate workflows; communicate updates and flag risks.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, including effective cross-team collaboration and follow-through.
- Hands-on, independent approach and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Technical aptitude, interest in data, and knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience with dashboards or BI tools, SQL, or Excel is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to improve workflows is an advantage.
