The prescriber sits within MANUAL's clinical team, responsible for remotely evaluating and assessing asynchronous patient consultations and issuing prescriptions when satisfied that requirements have been met for safe supply.

Salary: £50,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Location: Fully remote or hybrid
Hours: Flexible arrangements from 15 to 37.5 hours per week, with compressed hours available; at least one weekend day is a requirement
Potential shifts:
Early shifts (08:00-17:30, including 1-hour lunch break)
Mid shifts (10:00-19:30, including 1-hour lunch break)
Late shifts (10:30-20:00, including 1-hour lunch break)
What You'll Be Doing
Work remotely using our secure Electronic Health Records System (EHR), ensuring all information is treated confidentially.
Evaluate patient consultations and determine prescription eligibility across multiple treatment categories, including Weight Loss, Erectile Dysfunction, and Hair Loss.
Follow protocols set by MANUAL's Medical team when prescribing treatments
Request further information from patients where needed to prescribe safely
Complete, concise and comprehensive patient records
Work efficiently according to the designated rota to meet patient demand
Provide feedback on any issues preventing work delivery
Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions
Support patients with side effect management and clinical advice
Complete Patient Safety Incident (PSI) forms when appropriate
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment across the lifespan, coordinating medication plans and specialty services with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered behavioral health outcomes.
Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management, assess patient safety, and coordinate evidence-based care within a structured, physician-led behavioral health model focused on quality and measurable outcomes.
Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through video intake and follow-up appointments, conducting evaluations, assessing risk, managing medications, and creating patient-centered treatment plans.
Provide speech-language therapy across outpatient clinics and homecare, assessing patients and creating treatment plans for a varied caseload that includes aphasia, dysphagia, pediatrics, voice, and cognitive communication disorders.
Provide virtual speech-language pathology services to K–12 students, evaluating needs, creating and delivering IEP-aligned treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with school teams and families.
