  • Work authorization for employment in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience (open to exceptional candidates with less experience)
  • Background at a fast-moving tech, startup, or consulting environment
  • Comfort building models and analyses in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted data and analytics tools
  • Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support a fast-growing team focused on managing and optimizing key strategic accounts. In this role, you'll partner with operations leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive account planning, reporting, and data integrity initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Support territory planning, account segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota/target setting
  • Partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams on forecasting and process improvements
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, including account data quality and bulk data updates

Qualifications

  • Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
