🛠️ Requirements
- Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required.
- RNs must have two years of specific behavioral health experience including risk assessment and safety planning.
- All other licensures must have two years post-license experience, preferably in EAP/clinical call center.
- Significant experience managing high-acuity clinical situations.
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.

About the Role
As a Clinical Care Navigator, you’ll provide compassionate, timely clinical support to clients navigating a wide range of mental health, behavioral health, and life challenges. You’ll use your clinical expertise to assess needs and risk, provide brief interventions and crisis support, and connect clients with the right care and resources. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll help remove barriers to care through personalized support, making it easier for clients to take the next step toward connecting to care.

You must be able to work the following shift(s):
Tuesday - Saturday 9:30am - 6pm PST (10:30am - 7pm MT / 11:30am - 8pm CT / 12:30pm - 9pm ET)
Sunday - Thursday 9:30am - 6pm PT (10:30am - 7pm MT / 11:30am - 8pm CT / 12:30pm - 9pm ET)
Weekends include a 10% shift pay differential!
This role can be carried out fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
