- Experience with modern ERP and BI systems (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
- Advanced analytical skills with complex datasets and automated reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.

We are currently looking for a Controlling Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with senior leadership across Brand & Marketing, Product, Sourcing, B2B and Marketplace, your focus will be on driving financial transparency, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and shaping the financial performance of our product brands and sales channels. In this role, you will combine your strategic financial expertise with your ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the Finance function.
