- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across categories, channels, and markets, combining statistical forecasting with commercial insight.
- Partner with Commercial, Category Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to create a robust consensus demand plan.
- Analyse forecast performance and planning KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions to improve planning performance.
- Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by preparing demand planning outputs and providing insights for informed business decisions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for demand planning systems and forecasting methodologies, driving continuous improvement.
🛠️ Requirements
- Significant experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting, ideally within retail, ecommerce, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand planning principles, and S&OP processes.
- Experience using demand planning and forecasting systems, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience enhancing planning processes and exposure to automation or advanced analytics.

Partnering directly with Commercial, Category Management, Finance and Supply Planning teams, your focus will be on delivering accurate, data-driven demand forecasts that support product availability, optimise inventory investment and enable commercial growth. In this role, you will combine your analytical expertise with your commercial insight to continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning performance.
