- Develop forecasts using statistical methods and commercial insight, incorporating promotions, launches, and market trends.
- Coordinate consensus demand planning with Commercial, Category Management, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels; identify risks and improvement actions.
- Prepare demand planning outputs and recommendations for the Integrated Business Planning process.
- Own demand planning systems, methodologies, and data, improving processes through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled forecasting.
🛠️ Requirements
- Significant experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting methods, demand planning principles, and S&OP or Integrated Business Planning.
- Experience with demand planning systems, advanced Excel, and analysis of large datasets; Power BI is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience improving planning processes, systems, or data quality; automation, AI, or advanced analytics exposure is desirable.

We are currently looking for a Demand Planning Expert who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Commercial, Category Management, Finance and Supply Planning teams, your focus will be on delivering accurate, data-driven demand forecasts that support product availability, optimise inventory investment and enable commercial growth. In this role, you will combine your analytical expertise with your commercial insight to continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning performance. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
