- Perform HVAC maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs across residential, commercial, and light industrial systems.
- Diagnose heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment issues and complete service calls efficiently.
- Deliver positive customer experiences and identify additional work needed to complete each service call.
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and coordinate its routine maintenance and repairs.
- Assist other technicians with troubleshooting and complete warranty-parts documentation.
- Attend service and safety meetings and travel between multiple service locations each day.
🛠️ Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum - 4 years of previous HVAC experience
- Possess a valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to climb ladder and enter/exit attic and roof spaces.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs occasionally; and 75+lbs with assistance.

Full job description
Starting at $30/hr, our HVAC service technician will possess the knowledge and understanding of how to complete a wide range of HVAC tasks, which includes but is not limited to, routine maintenance & service, installation, troubleshooting & repairing HVAC systems, other miscellaneous home repairs as assigned. These tasks involve a thorough understanding of the proper installation of new HVAC system components, parts and/or equipment in order to facilitate a proper repair. These repairs will be applicable to residential, commercial and light industrial applications.
