- Plan and control construction processes and site results.
- Evaluate and monitor construction progress.
- Conduct measurement and invoice verification for trades.
- Lead and document construction meetings.
- Regularly communicate with project management on technical, cost, and personnel issues.
- Act as the on-site contact for project leaders and clients.
🛠️ Requirements
- Completed engineering degree, technician training, or comparable technical education.
- Several years of experience in construction or plant engineering in responsible positions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical installation and hydraulics/pneumatics is desirable.
- Very good knowledge of relevant regulations according to VOB.
- Experience abroad, ideally holding a CSCS card and willingness to travel.
- First aid certification.
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
