- Partner with engineers and product to map the top developer jobs: stand-up environment, configure multi-provider waterfalls, run market-specific policy variants, and generate audit-ready reports
- Run a rapid heuristic review and IA audit against HCI best practices
- Lead 6–10 usability sessions with target developer profiles
- Instrument a baseline for time-to-first-success, task success rate, and error types
- Redesign navigation and interaction patterns with progressive disclosure and smart defaults
- Write high-clarity microcopy and inline guidance to reduce doc lookups
🛠️ Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field with strong academic standing
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, etc) with demonstrated experience through coursework, projects, or previous internships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
