- Coordinate monthly and quarterly global financial reporting and financial statement consolidation.
- Research and advise on complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, financing, stock-based compensation, and acquisitions.
- Oversee revenue recognition, accounts receivable reserves, and related reconciliations.
- Develop and monitor accounting policies and procedures, and implement GAAP updates and best practices.
- Support annual financial statement audits and coordinate with external auditors and subject matter experts.

🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
- Two to three years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.
- Experience supporting global operations, including international financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting principles, revenue recognition, account reconciliations, and complex accounting transactions.
- Experience with financial statement audits, accounting policy implementation, and the application of evolving accounting standards.
- Familiarity with enterprise accounting systems; experience with NetSuite is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting matters clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
