This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst based in United States.
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery across ServiceNow projects and workstreams. You will engage directly with clients and users to understand requirements, processes, pain points, and desired outcomes. Working closely with development teams, you will translate complex requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions and functional designs. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from current-state analysis and future-state design through testing, training, and implementation. The role also provides opportunities to assess existing implementations and recommend improvements that drive greater efficiency and innovation. This is a collaborative consulting environment where strong communication, analytical thinking, and ServiceNow expertise are essential to delivering meaningful results.
Accountabilities:

- Build functional deliverables including process maps, design documents, communications, and other project documentation.
- Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and related implementation activities.
- Conduct technical assessments of existing ServiceNow environments and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and work effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deliverables.
- Knowledge of other low-code and no-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau, is a plus.
- General understanding of financial management concepts, including financial operations, financial innovation, internal controls, and risk management, particularly within a federal environment, is desirable.
- Annual salary range of $70,000–$116,000 USD, with compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, training, security clearances, certifications, and organizational needs.
