This role is an opportunity to drive new business growth within the automotive dealership market across an assigned U.S. region. You will engage directly with dealership leaders, present solutions, develop opportunities, and close new customer business. The position combines strategic relationship building with a high-activity, results-oriented sales approach. You will manage opportunities throughout the pipeline while working closely with a collaborative sales team to exceed revenue targets.   • Work collaboratively within a pod-based sales structure to share opportunities, support colleagues, and exceed team targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and needs by coordinating with appropriate internal resources and following through to resolution.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication to support satisfaction and minimize attrition.
  • Document sales activities, opportunity progress, and forecasts accurately within Salesforce CRM.
  • Contribute to an open, collaborative, and encouraging sales environment while supporting teammates when needed.
  • Adapt sales priorities and activities as business needs and market conditions evolve.
  • Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding new-business targets in a dynamic, technology-enabled or automated selling environment.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish positive connections with both prospects and customers.
    • Proven ability to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and build confidence throughout the sales process to drive opportunities toward closure.
    • Highly motivated, ambitious, and proactive approach to prospecting, including confidence with cold calling and generating significant pipeline activity.
    • Strong initiative and assertiveness, with the ability to move opportunities forward both independently and through internal collaboration.
    • Ability to manage multiple prospects, opportunities, priorities, and concurrent tasks while maintaining strong follow-through.
    • Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities in a growing and evolving business environment.
    • Proficiency with standard productivity tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
    • Experience using social networking platforms and tools for professional prospecting or relationship development.
    • Ability to reside within the assigned regional territory.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging senior management at automotive dealerships.
    • Previous automotive industry experience and successful B2B outside sales experience are strongly preferred.
