As a Fraud Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting a rapidly growing digital rewards platform and ensuring users are accurately segmented based on legitimate activity and potential fraud. You’ll investigate evolving fraud patterns and turn data into practical detection and prevention strategies. Working closely with product, data, and analytics colleagues, you’ll help shape the signals and controls used to identify suspicious behavior. You’ll also contribute to verification strategies across different markets, adapting approaches to local requirements and fraud trends. Accountabilities

- Partner with product teams to define and improve fraud verification approaches across different markets, considering solutions such as facial verification, ID scanning, and phone verification.
- Investigate users and cases flagged for manual review, including ambiguous cases, and identify opportunities to make the review process more efficient and consistent.
- Identify gaps in existing fraud signals and data sources, and recommend relevant third-party tools or solutions for the product roadmap.
