You will provide strategic leadership to Project Managers overseeing high-value, technically complex projects from development through delivery.

Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the Project Management Department, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to Project Managers responsible for major projects.
- Establish and continuously improve project management practices, processes, procedures, and standards in alignment with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
- Direct, control, and adjust project management activities to improve sales performance, profitability, efficiency, resource utilization, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and procurement of products and resources required to deliver projects successfully.
- Partner with Finance to develop and manage project budgets, milestones, compliance requirements, and financial performance.
- Provide leadership and oversight for changes to contract terms, ensuring project and commercial impacts are properly assessed and managed.
- Oversee the definition of project scope, requirements, and customer needs, helping teams develop and present effective solutions.
- Partner with Business Development on proposal development, solution definition, and client presentations.
- Drive automation, process optimization, and operational improvements across existing and new project management workflows.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive leadership to support broader organizational growth and expansion.
- Lead and support Project Managers working with significant decision-making authority on high-value and technically complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, combined with 15+ years of experience across management and project management, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
