Lead AI discovery sessions with executives and operational teams to identify business challenges, processes, data opportunities, and relevant technology use cases.
Assess and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, organizational readiness, and expected outcomes.
Develop business cases and value propositions that help clients evaluate and prioritize AI investments.
Advise clients on generative AI, agentic AI, copilots, predictive AI, and intelligent automation, including identifying situations where AI may not be the appropriate solution.
Translate client requirements into practical AI solution concepts in collaboration with architects, product leaders, and delivery teams.
Evaluate how AI solutions integrate with enterprise data, workflows, applications, APIs, identity and access management, business rules, and human decision-making processes.
Build and develop a qualified pipeline of AI opportunities in collaboration with account teams, prospective customers, and technology partners.
Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support opportunity development through expertise-led consulting.
Contribute to industry thought leadership through customer stories, events, roundtables, and perspectives on emerging industry challenges and opportunities.
Remain engaged from initial discovery through deployment and adoption, connecting solutions to measurable business results and identifying opportunities for further expansion.
Share customer and industry insights internally to help shape AI solutions, accelerators, and future service offerings.
Significant expertise in at least one priority industry, with a strong understanding of its business processes, economics, operational challenges, and market environment.
Professional experience in either manufacturing or retail is required.
Hands-on enterprise AI experience across areas such as generative AI, agentic AI, AI solution design, AI and data governance, automation, enterprise systems integration, production deployment, and AI adoption.
Strong understanding of enterprise processes, applications, ERP systems, transactional systems, master data, workflows, APIs, permissions, and business rules.
Demonstrated consulting experience with clients, including executive discovery, solution development, business-case creation, and commercial opportunity development.
Ability to influence and develop business opportunities through subject-matter expertise and credibility rather than traditional sales techniques.
Strong understanding of how emerging AI capabilities can be connected to practical business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively with executives, operational stakeholders, technical architects, product teams, delivery teams, and technology partners.
