This role focuses on the operational management of employee benefits, supporting accurate and efficient administration of health, dental, and life insurance plans. You will manage high-volume enrollment, cancellation, and employee data changes while ensuring information is handled with accuracy and agility. The position also involves direct interaction with employees and HR teams, providing responsive support and helping resolve operational needs. You will work in a collaborative environment within a global organization, with opportunities to develop your professional skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits while providing reliable operational support to employees and HR stakeholders.

• Manage employee registration, cancellation, and data changes across health, dental, and life insurance plans.
• Process benefit-related requests accurately and efficiently, particularly in a high-volume environment.
• Provide operational support and customer service to employees and HR teams.
• Handle questions and requests related to benefits administration and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Maintain accurate employee and benefits information throughout operational processes.
• Ensure requests are handled with agility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support an effective employee experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine benefits administration experience with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of requests.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
• Previous experience working with high-demand operational environments.
• Experience with both insurable and non-insurable employee benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Agility and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented approach and commitment to delivering accurate and responsive operational support.
